Hi, My name is Craig Heaton and I run fitness sessions at Gold Starz Studios.
I am currently serving in the British Army, I have 6+ years of training experience and
nutrition experience. I qualified as a personal trainer in 2018 and previously qualified as a sports and exercise
nutritionist in 2015.
My weekend sessions run every Sunday at the studio from 10am-11am
Each session varies from the last, one weekend we will have a bootcamp session
where we work on overall fitness, with everything from bodyweight exercises to
equipment based workouts. The following weekend we could have my Boxing fitness
class, where we work everything from technique to High intensity boxing style
workouts.
Finally we may finish the weekend off with a mix of both with my new BoxCamp
where we incorporate a mixture of both bootcamps and Boxing to create an all over
workout that will leave you feeling pumped and energised for the coming week.
As well as my weekend sessions at Gold Starz, I also offer Online coaching, Customised
Training and Nutrition packages. Whether your goal is to loose body fat or
to gain muscle I can help you on your journey.

Sunrise Yoga uses poses derived from Hatha Yoga. The Sunrise Yoga format is based on a progressive series of poses that accomodate all fitness levels, to increase strength, flexibility, and balance of the entire body, focusing on breathing and mindful movement. It also focuses on core and stabilising techniques to improve posture.
I am a level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I am also a qualified Boxercise instructor, an AFAA qualified Sunrise Yoga instructor, and I am an NASM qualified Women’s Fitness specialist, specialising in all kinds of women’s fitness including pre and post natal, and pre and post menopausal women’s fitness and nutrition. I am a British Athletics Leader in Running Fitness, and I am also a member of both the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
